Cyclists, including those selected to represent Guyana at upcoming Regional competitions will relish the chance to further sharpen their stamina when they clash at the 8th Annual Seven Seas 11 Race Cycle Programme at the National Park, tomorrow.
Seniors, juniors and female riders will be aiming to push in as much wok as possible ahead of the Suriname tour and the Senior Caribbean Cycling Championships set for Jamaica, both events set for September.
Tomorrow’s Seven Seas programme will pedal off at the usual 09:00hrs and events are carded for the BMX, juveniles and upright riders with the school boys and invitational being the feature attraction.

According to a release from Organiser Hassan Mohamed, this programme is a continuation of the Teach Them Young Coaching Camp which is currently ongoing and is aimed to test the riders who are participating.
Mrs. June Ann Eastman and Karren Connell, Product Specialist, will represent Seven Seas at the presentation ceremony which will be held after the activity.
Marlon ‘Fishy’ Williams won last year’s feature race (1hr 23mins 0.36secs) while the juvenile event went to Kurt La Rose (25mins 38secs).
