Several pertinent issues relating to the development of football is scheduled to fall under focus when the executives of the Georgetown Football Association (GFA) convene for a special meeting in the pavilion of the Georgetown Football Club (GFC) tomorrow afternoon starting at 13:00hrs.
High on the agenda are the issues relating to the recent action taken by GFA executives against the staging of the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Guyana Football Federation (GFF) and the High Court’s order. The executives will also discuss issues relating to the history of their organization as well as the structure of the parent body.
Other issues that will attract their attention are executive lawlessness, and issues relating to its members among others.
A circular of the meeting has been dispatched to the secretaries of all twenty clubs under the auspices of the GFA as well as the Secretary of the Guyana Football Referee’s Council (GFRC).
