It must be the goddess of nonsense that is hovering over Guyana because there are some stupid things that are happening. Two young men from a depressed area will target a passerby and relieve him of a haversack.
Strangely enough, there would be nothing of consequence in the haversack but this would only infuriate the young men who are going to target yet another. It is this second attack that would prove fatal because the victim, knowing the nature of that part of the country, would have a knife in his possession.
He is going to use the knife and people are going to find a dead youth in an empty lot. Questions will be asked but answers would not be forthcoming until the parents let out their little secret provided to them by the accomplice.

Gunmen are going to come out in force in the east because they believe that a rice farmer collected a ton of money for his efforts. The cruelty is going to be astonishing. Neighbours are going to call for help but the fear of the guns would delay vigilante efforts.
The same would not be said for another community where the people have long decided that enough is enough and are taking the law into their own hands.

An outing is going to end in misfortune; a fire is going to destroy a little home in a squatting community and a vehicle accident would put paid to the hopes of an amorous young man.
These are the things in the immediate future.
