GCA name U-15 squad
The Junior Selection Committee of the Georgetown Cricket Association has released the names of a 21-member squad which will prepare for the upcoming Inter Sub Association Under-15 competition. The following players were selected – Tagenarine Chanderpaul (GYO), Sunil Singh (TSC), Shivindra Hemraj (ECC), Michael Shalim (DCC), Cleon Mc Ewan (DCC), Khemraj Rupee (DCC), Kevin Singh (QC), Travis Persaud (DCC), Travis Belgrave (St. Stanislaus), Ryan Shun (GYO), Keon Morris (TSC), Darryl Williams (St. Stanislaus), Daniel Manohar (DCC), Steven Sankar (MSC), Tevin Imlach (DCC), Tariq Dharamlall (GCC), Shemar Graham (GCC), Travis Marcellino (TSC), Aftab Crandon (QC), Kwesi Lewis (DCC), Rockell Reddy (MSC). Garvin Nedd has been appointed Coach with Clive Grimmond as Manager. Training sessions for the squad will commence today at the Demerara Cricket Club Ground, Queenstown from 13:00hrs and will continue tomorrow at the same venue. Players are asked to be at the venue no later than 12:30hrs.
