Dear Editor,
Ravi Dev’s letter on April 17, brief and to the point for a change is a great example of self-exoneration and passing the buck, while at the same time, straddling empty spaces in his mind. In Guyanese politics his letter stands out as a hattrick in escapism and dodging the bullet.
Hats off to Dev; he might have folded ROAR’s tent, but he sure made the fragments of that tent into an igloo where he sits in icy contemplation with only one line of communication left open – to GAP(Hardy) and Franklin – his old treacherous friends and comrades all locked in diminishing voter counts.
Dev’s igloo probably could never stand the heat of Guyana’s politics, so after his letter, he should relax, cool out and hope that unlike ROAR’s tent folding, his lone igloo does not melt away. Cheddi (Joey) Jagan (Jr)
