Dear Editor,
Last weekend I attended Link Show 27. I enjoyed the show from start to finish. This is good therapy for the soul.
The satire was slick as well as the scene changes. The scene changes are a hallmark of the producers. Other shows just do not match up to that. The writing was slick and clever. Maybe they overdid it a bit with the Minister but, then, each year, because of what he or she does or says, that person is the brunt of the satire. Politicians must be careful when they open their mouths. The goodly Minister said publicly that ‘goat did not bite him’ and ‘his political DNA’ is ripe or something like that. What does he expect when there is a satirical show around with very clever scriptwriters? This is serious satire not a ‘just for laughs’ show.
Some people getting upset, because they weren’t included in the show and some people getting upset, because it is showing up their inefficiencies at their offices. My advice, take it in stride and improve the efficiency of your organisation.
I advise all to see for themselves. After all the show is now in it’s 27th year and that in itself says something.
