The Georgetown Cricket Association (GCA) continues this Saturday and Sunday its Carib Beer/ Heroes Cup two-day First division, Noble House Seafoods two-day 2nd division and Tropical Mist Pee-Wee Under-13 competitions in the city.
In First division action which starts at 09:30hrs each day, Transport Sports Club battle Guyana Defence Force at Camp Ayanganna with the Umpires being Mario Nichols and Randolph Rose while Georgetown Cricket Club oppose Guyana National Industrial Corporation at Bourda with Matthew Kissoon and Ernest Hinds being in charge in the middle.
In the 2nd division competition which commences at 11:00hrs each day, Police face Malteenoes at MYO with the Umpires being Delvin Austin and Heuvel Cunha,
Everest comes up against Demerara Cricket Club at G.N.I.C with Montgomery Chester and Linden Matthew being the on-field officials and Transport Sports Club face-off with MYO/Vikings at G.Y.O. Reginald Grant and Nolan Hawke are the Umpires at GYO.
Two matches are set for Thirst Park on Saturday in the Under-13 competition. From 09:00 hrs D.C.C face Thirst Park and from 13:00hrs GCC oppose Everest.
