Trinidad and Tobago based Guyanese swimmer Jessica Stephenson was in top form at the Second Annual Sea Hawks New Year Splash held on Sunday in the Twin Island Republic.
The Meet which is designed to get swimmers back to form after the Christmas vacation saw Stephenson competing in three individual races and two relays.
She won all her races in the 15 and over girl’s category – 800m freestyle, 200m breast and 50m breast (where she also beat 18-year old former Trinidad record holder Cherelle Thompson).
She also swam the breast leg in the mixed medley relay and the anchor in the free relay both of which her team won.
