Dr David Hinds is not a member of ACDA

The story in Wednesday January 12, edition of Kaieteur News under the caption, “African Organisations should boycott Government Launch – Dr David Hinds, contains a very serious error.
It incorrectly describes me as a representative of the African Cultural and Development Association (ACDA).
At no time at the press conference did I refer to myself in such terms; I said I was speaking in my personal capacity. I am not a member of ACDA and so could not be its representative.
