Couple busted with shotgun, ammo
Two men and a woman are now in police custody, after ranks of the Guyana Police Force conducted a sting operation, yesterday, at Esau and Jacob, Mahaicony River.
According to a police release, between 07:00 hrs and 11:30 hrs, yesterday, the police conducted searches on several houses. During the search the ranks found an unlicensed 12 gauge single barrel shotgun and seven 12 gauge cartridges, one spent 12 gauge shell and 793 rounds of .22 ammunition in one of the houses.
