UG is a colossal failure
Dear Editor,
The University of Guyana (UG) continues to function ineffectively, with no quality assurance to boast of.
I honestly cannot imagine having to endure the stress of another prolonged registration process at this institution. It may sound horrible that I should say this, but Mr. Editor I am fed up and I am tired of listening to my friends who currently, are students of UG complain about what they have to put up with every year. It all just sounds too familiar, too fatiguing.
Recently, I was brought to the shocking realisation that UG is not even accredited, with exception of course of the medical department. What a joke! What a shame!
After reading recent letters in the print media, exposing UG’s inefficiency, I am compelled to agree; UG is a colossal failure. That fact cannot be overstated.
