Taking issue with Sheik Ahmad

Dear Editor,
I refer to a letter by Mr. Sheik Ahmad in the Kaieteur News in which he bemoans the non selection of Mr. Sarwan. I agree that Mr. Sarwan’s non-selection is wrong and Mr. Butts should resign.
However, is this the same Sheik Ahmad who has been absenting himself from meetings of the Guyana Cricket Board and is frequently absent when financial papers are being discussed?
Is this the same Sheik Ahmad who has Essequibo cricket in a mess? Is this the same Sheik Ahmad that wrote a letter to the Guyana Cricket Board without the authority of his Board. If so, I think the people in Essequibo should protest against him until their voices are being heard.
