GCA 2nd division cricket continues today
Banks Tropical Mist Pee-Wee U-13 tourney also on
Action in the Georgetown Cricket Association (GCA) two-day 2nd division cricket competition continues today with three matches in the City while 2 games in the Banks Tropical Mist Pee-Wee under-13 league are also fixed for today at Thirst Park.
In zone ‘A’ of the 2nd division competition, Vikings Cricket Club face Third Class Cricket Club at the University of Guyana (UG) ground with Randolph Rose and Edward Bowen doing the Umpiring duties.
In Zone ‘B’, Everest Cricket Club host Malteenoes Sports Club at Camp Road with the Umpires being Montgomery Chester and Cyril Garnath while at Camp Ayanganna, G.D.F and D.C.C do battle with the on-field Umpires being Reginald Grant & Linden Matthew. All three 2nd division games are scheduled to conclude tomorrow.
Meanwhile, in today’s Banks Tropical Mist Pee Wee under-13 Cricket Competition at the Thirst Park ground, Everest take on Thirst Park from 09:00hrs and G.C.C oppose D.C.C from 13:00hrs.
