Young Achievers ‘B’ latest team to advance
Young Achievers ‘B’ became the latest team to advance in the Aracari Resort /Guyana Volleyball Federation All-Fours Beach Tournament when they played unbeaten in the second round of action at the entity’s location on the West Coast of Demerara.
In results of the latest round of matches are : Levi Nedd’s ‘A’ lost to Spirited of Berbice 14-21, 20-22; Achievers ‘B’ then beat Anna Catherina 21-9, 21-6; Acievers ‘B’ then returned to defeat Levi Nedd’s ‘A’ 21-15, 21-16; Spirited coasted to a 21=19, 21-11 win over Anna Catherina; Levi Nedd’s ‘A’ then beat Anna Catherina 21-15, 21-15 and Young Achievers ‘B’ rolled past Spirited 21-15, 21-13.
The competition continues next Saturday with another round of matches that involve reigning national champions Young Achievers and Castrol at the same venue.
