– forks out 19-point victory in Inter-Faculty tourney
The Faculty of Natural Sciences uprooted the Faculty of Agriculture and Forestry yesterday when the Annual Inter-Faculty Basketball Championships continued at the Cliff Anderson Sports Hall with its first round.
Natural Sciences beat Agriculture and Forestry 64-45 with Samuel Thompson scoring 16 points and Courts Pacesetters Division I point guard, Hugh Arthur adding 14 points in the major win for the faculty; Ryan Dey scored 22 points for them.
On Monday, the faculty of Social Sciences, usually the strongest in the competition, got a walkover the Tain Campus, Berbice while the University’s staff went under against Health Sciences in the second game that was scheduled.
