Reckless driving by police ranks is being blamed for this accident on Saturday involving a police vehicle and a parked minibus on Mandela Avenue.

According to eyewitnesses, the minibus, PJJ 3602, was parked on Mandela Avenue when the police car, which, was reportedly speeding, crashed into the minibus.
