Question for Peeping Tom
Dear Editor,
In Sunday (May 2, 2010) column Peeping Tom starts with, “When Guyana was the second poorest nation in the western hemisphere”.
Might I ask Peeping Tom, What is Guyana’s position in the Western Hemisphere today? If it is not still the second poorest nation, please advise me and the public which countries are “poorer” than Guyana.
We already know Haiti is one.
