Dear Editor,
My recent walk on the seawall from Celina Resort just before the Russian Embassy shows that entire piece of area is now designated a garbage dump.
The stench coming for that area is unbelievable, a quick look confirm that people do dump their household garbage there in large bags because many bags can be seen all along that area.
Many people including tourists use that area for walking and jogging in the morning or afternoon, but now have to endure the ugly smell and unsightly look that has taken over our seawall.
The President should get involve and demand that this garbage situation be dealt with immediately.
Mr. Editor where are we heading? If we can’t keep our environment clean and tidy, then what will be there for our children to enjoy?
It is a total disgrace to the authorities and the people who are guilty of littering this area. Andrew Chung
