The President and Executive of the Roraima Bikers Club (RBC) based on a mandate accepted at their last Annual General Meeting held in February this year is embarking on a series of lectures aimed at improving the life of cyclist’s.
According to a release from the club, the series is geared towards assisting cyclist’s to build their self esteem and to understand the importance of upward mobility and their role as future leaders and positive role models.
The lecture/discussions will take place at the Government Technical Institute (GTI) and will start tomorrow April 15, 2010 from 11:30hrs to 13:00hrs.
The theme of tomorrow’s lecture/discussion is “Planning for Life” and will be conducted by lecturers from the University of Guyana, GTI and prominent members of society.
The activity is free of cost, and the club has extended an open invitation to all members of the affiliated clubs of the Guyana Cycling Federation, and the GTI Sports Department to attend.
