A 13-year-old female who appeared before Acting Chief Magistrate Melissa Robertson was not required to plead to the indictable offence of murder. The girl made her court appearance yesterday afternoon at the Georgetown Magistrate’s Court.
The girl is accused of killing, Junior James, on December 27 at Baramita, North West District.
She was unrepresented yesterday when the charge was being read to her. She was remanded and is expected to make another appearance on May 4.
