P&P continues its support for Leguan cricket

At a simple presentation ceremony, Managing Director of P & P Insurance Brokers & Consultants Limited, Mr. Bish Panday recently renewed his Company’s sponsorship of an inter-club cricket tournament in the Island of Leguan.
In brief remarks, Mr. Panday said that he was happy with the way the competition was played last year and had no hesitation to continue with the sponsorship.
Mr. Panday also said that there are many challenges facing Guyana’s cricket and he was happy to assist in some small way.
Mr. Sheik Faizal, President of the Leguan Cricket Committee thanked Mr. Panday for his continued support and promised to ensure that the competition is well run.
The sponsorship includes trophies for the winners and runner up, man of the final, best batsman, best bowler and balls for the competition.
