Kingston Grass Root Academy receives donation from US based groups
Euro Sport’s Passback Program of USA has recently supported the efforts of the administrators of the Kingston Grass Root Soccer Academy with a timely donation of several pieces of soccer gear.
This is the latest of several such gestures by corporate groups in the United States of America and President of the Kingston organisation, United States based, Junior Forrester said that he is especially grateful for the gesture.
“We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to the good people at Euro Sport’s Passback Program of USA for their generous donation to the Kingston Grass Root Soccer Academy of Guyana,” said Foster moments after receiving the gift.
He also said a special thank you to the Fingers family Mark, Renay, Evan and Sarah; members of the United Soccer team of Long Island who he said have been supportive of the kids of Grassroots Academy. “We have become like family,” said Forrester.
Forrester formed the Kingston Grass Root Soccer Academy with the aim of supporting youngsters in that area and its environs while finding useful nation building activities to occupy their spare time. Forrester has tirelessly worked at both home and his adopted homeland, the USA, to provide as much support for his protégés.
