The Mayor is dealing with the matter
Dear Editor,
We noticed a letter in (11-01-10) Kaieteur News titled, “These demigods should hang their heads in shame”, signed Cleopatra.
Please note that Mayor Hamilton Green is well aware of the situation and has expressed concern over the plants pots on Regent Street being removed and destroyed.
He however, shares the sympathy and sentiments expressed by Cleopatra and is dealing with the matter internally.
Also, a letter in the SN of Friday, January 8th, 20th titled, “Tree cutter fall twenty feet.”
Over the weekend Mayor Hamilton Green paid a visit to Mr. Vishu Seepaul at the Georgetown Hospital.
