Senior Counsel Peter Britton passes on
Peter Britton
After a successful 45-year career as an attorney at law, Senior Counsel Peter Britton died yesterday after a brief period of hospitalization. He was 77.
Britton, who was diabetic, died around midday yesterday at a city hospital.
Apart from being a criminal defence attorney, Senior Counsel Britton was also regarded as a shrewd constitutional lawyer.
He leaves to mourn his wife Sonia and five children, one of whom has followed in his footsteps as an attorney at law.
