Another unsolved case?

On August 29th, young Vivakenand Rudradeo was the victim of a hit and run accident on the East Coast Public Road.
Young Vivakenand was admitted to the ICU and when one is taken there his or her life hangs in the balance. Chances of survival being slim, yet when the police did find the driver of the said car, he was placed on station bail and of course free to drive and probably knock down someone else.
Well, Vivakenand hovered between life and death for two weeks then died. His body was cremated on the 10th of September, and as I understand it, the driver has not been detained by the police.
Most likely Vivakenand’s case will go like so many other road deaths – the victims are buried and the ‘killer drivers’ continue merrily on the road, while the investigating officer probably get a ‘lil thing’ to allow the matter to fade into oblivion
