Did I hear 100 million?
DEAR EDITOR,
It was very surprising to see the only two independent daily newspapers, Kaieteur News and Stabroek News, with the same shocking photograph of a collapsing seawall at No.78 village in Berbice.
One wonders who the lucky contractor will be to repair the structure. Did someone say 100 million to fix it?
