Clinton Clark, of 2 Carifesta Avenue, was required to appear before Acting Chief Magistrate Melissa Robertson yesterday, because he (Clark) allegedly threatened his wife, Belinda Clark, on Tuesday.
The accused contended that he was sorry for the threats made. ‘My apologies for that your honor……..I was angry my worship’.
KNews understands that the two are in the process of getting a divorce. Mrs. Clark explained that she had moved out of the home, and that Mr. Clark still follows her around, stalking her.
On Tuesday, she continued, he was spotted by a ‘man that does watch meh back’, who had seen the defendant and a younger boy in the area where Mrs. Clark now resides. Allegations made by Mrs. Clark suggest that the defendant somehow got around to her, and threatened her life and a report was subsequently made. Magistrate Robertson advised the virtual complainant to make a probation report. She also refused bail, and ordered the defendant to return to court August 14.
