Carnal knowledge accused remanded
Acting Chief Magistrate Melissa Robertson yesterday remanded to prison a 38-year-old man who is accused of having carnal knowledge of a female teen.
It is alleged that Brian Chung, on May 31, last, had carnal knowledge of a female under 15 years.
He was not required to plead to the indictable charge. He was remanded to prison and is expected to make another court appearance on June 12.
