GAPF AGM set for Sunday at Hotel Tower

The Annual General Meeting of the Guyana Amateur Powerlifting Federation (GAPF) will take place on Sunday in the Rupununi Room at the Hotel Tower, Main Street starting at 12:00hrs. A review of the past year will be done by the President Peter Green who will also be looking at the way forward, 2008 2012.
Launching of the GAPF’s website, presentation of awards and the election of office bearers for 2s009 are also on the agenda. Guyana has been selected to host the 4th North American Powerlifting Federation and Caribbean Bench Press & Powerlifting Championships in April 2010.
