Dear Editor,
I refer to an article, captioned: “GPL gears for prepaid meter service”. (Kaieteur News 13.1.09) and would appreciate if an answer could be sought for the following question: Who determines whether a household should use a prepaid meter?
I have not seen any revised terms and conditions being put to the public for consultation, and no one is talking about whether the customer will have a say in this matter. Name and address provided
