Evil people often come to a violent end. Some suffer most horribly and are often heard to blame the supernatural.
A man who did evil things is seriously hurt in a hospital in the city because his time has come to pay for the wrongs he has done.
He is in excruciating pain and he simply cannot access the help he needs because the long arm of the law is waiting beyond these borders.
This evil man will never be the same and while there are those who appear to be sympathizing with him, the very people are enjoying his pain and suffering. However, relief is not to far off.

Gunshots will ring out in a known hotbed because the police are going to track a wanted man to the location largely because the society is going to provide valuable information.
This wanted man herded young men to commit robberies and hurt people and even members of the police force knew him but protected him because he shared his wealth with them. However, his rope will come to an end.
