Buxton teams record victories in EDFA action
Buxton teams recorded victories in latest matches of the East Demerara Football Association Senior League.
Bakewell Buxton secured at 1-0 win over Victoria Kings, compliments of a Ruben Morris 6th minute goal.
Buxton United them outhustled Plaisance 2-0. Derrick Hatton in the 20th minute and Clive Andries (66) were on target for the Buxton United unit.
Play in the league continues tomorrow with a double header at the BV ground starting at 2:00pm. Plaisance open against Buxton United, while at 4:00pm BV/Triumph United oppose Mahaica.
The final first round under-17 game will be played today at Plaisance. BV/Triumph will challenge the host from 4:00pm.
