E’bo league Table Tennis begins today at NOC
An exciting tournament is anticipated starting today at the New Opportunity Corps (NOC) at Onderneeming on the Essequibo Coast when the Essequibo league Table Tennis competition commences.
Sponsored by Rodney Williams and Ram Persaud, the tournament is expected to attract over 21 participants, who have so far indicated their intention of participating, and is being coordinated by Table Tennis Coach Brian Duncan.
Duncan explained that the tournament will be played every other Sunday adding that the aim of the competition is to help in the development of the sport in Essequibo.
Duncan disclosed that the first ever Essequibo Table Tennis Championships is planned for September.
