Kaieteur Sports – The Albion Community Center Cricket Club (ACCCC) demolished Rose Hall Town Youth and Sports Club ‘B’ by a massive 358 runs in their recent BCB U19 cricket match. The game was played at the Port Mourant Ground, Corentyne.
The ACCCC assault was led by a magnificent 181 by Nathaniel Ramsammy which included 18 fours and five sixes. The Albion batsmen pulverized the bowling to score a massive 429 for 8 off their allotted 50 overs.
Also among the runs were Saaid Jumrathy 34, Feeaz Baksh 31 not out, Arif Marimootoo 29, Rovin Lalbehari 28, Sahid Gajnabi 21 and Dave Prettipaul 20.
Bowling for Rose Hall Town ‘B’, there were two wickets each for A. Narine and A. Saul.
They in reply were bundled out for a meagre 71 in 17.3 overs
Bowling for ACCCC, medium pacer Nicholas Lepps led the way with three wickets while there were two apiece for Feeaz Baksh and Jeremy Gobin.
The ACCCC remains unbeaten with three convincing victories so far.
