Kaieteur News- The Ministry of Home Affairs is preparing to spend approximately $67 million to rehabilitate the Turkeyen Police Station.
The bids which were opened at the National Procurement and Tender Administration Board (NPTAB) office recently revealed that 29 contractors have applied for the project.
It was reported that the rehabilitation of the police station among others form part of the $314 million that was allocated to the ministry for the Guyana Police Force.
