Kaieteur Sports- The National Sports Commission (NSC) has received a shipment of sports uniforms from Canadian company D8Door & Hardware Inc., which will be distributed to sports teams across Guyana.
Company representative Ricky Mohamed made the simple yet meaningful presentation to Director of Sport, Steve Ninvalle, at the NSC’s headquarters on Middle Street, Georgetown, yesterday.

Following a cordial exchange, Ninvalle expressed his gratitude to the company for their thoughtful and timely donation.
According to the Director of Sport, collaboration between corporate entities and the Government is essential for the advancement of sports in Guyana, adding, “A true partnership is needed to meaningfully enhance sports in the country.”
He also noted that the uniforms will be distributed equitably to sports teams and organizations, particularly those in need, helping to provide them with a sense of identity.
D8 Door & Hardware Inc. is a Canadian-based company that offers estimating, take-offs, shop drawings, project management, and fabrication services to distributors within their industry.
The company partners with distributors that lack either qualified staff or the specialized hollow metal shop facilities required to service their project scope.
