Kaieteur Sports- Play in the Region 4 East Bank Demerara, MCYS/NSC, A. Munroe Organised Janet & Cheddi Jagan Memorial Windball Cricket got underway at the Cheddi Jagan International Airport ground at Timehri. Several teams recorded victories in the latest round of the countrywide event.

Soesdyke Secondary batted first and made 21-3.
Covent Garden Secondary 22-1 in 1.5 overs in reply.
Camille’s Academy 30-3. Bowling for Yarrowkabra Secondary Vianney Jaundoo 2-6.
Yarrowkabra replied with 32-1 off 2.3 overs with Susan Patterson 16.
Semifinal saw Yarrowkabra Secondary 76-1 with Vianney Jaundoo 38.
Friendship Secondary turn in the middle were restricted to 43-0, Jasmin Vyphus 13.
In the Boys department: –
Soesdyke Secondary 52-1, Kyle Persaud 26, Alexander Persaud 14.
Camille’s Academy 53-3 with Darwin La Rose 24, Yuvraj Bhagwandin 17. Devon Singh took 2-12.
Friendship Secondary 66-0, Ravin Singh 37, Tyson Nicholas 18. Dora Secondary 46-3 in reply, Tryia Estado 20, while R. Singh took 2-2.
Yarrowkabra Secondary hit 50-3, Leon James 16, John Bartholomew 12.
Covent Garden Secondary 52-1, Vinesh Kalpoo 32.
In the Semifinal, Diamond Secondary mustered 49-4, Anek Haimnarine made 19, while Yuvraj Bhagwandin took 2-8.
Camille’s Academy replied with 55-1 off 2.5 overs, Darwin La Rose top scored with 31 & Bhagwandin scored 19.
