The filing to CCJ, which was not public knowledge immediately, raised eyebrows, and saw umbrage unleashed after the revelation as a news issue, with perceived vexatious headlines.
It is unclear on what basis is the grievance, if justified in the merits of filing to the apex court?
Why was this course of action, in a national matter, not made public at the time or sooner?
It’s a knotted and tangled web, or so it seems.
Sincerely,
Shamshun Mohamed
