The big question in the matter of the visiting Guyanese caught with an illegal weapon, as he tried to gain entry to the horse race meeting, is: how was he allowed to enter the country with the illegal weapon? On what basis or premise did the police, on duty at the race event, decided to conduct a search on the visiting person? Was there a tip off?
Lied then resort to offering a bribe…a combination that would see you locked away for the holiday.
