Is Ron Sanders for real?

Dear Editor,

It is quite amazing how Ron Sanders, in his KN opinion piece recently, praised PM Gonsalves (St. Vincent), a smiling prop for Madura and clearly beholden to the Venezuelan dictator.

Now, Sanders talks about free and fair elections while conveniently covering over his (and his father-in-law) Sridath Ramphal’s endorsement of rigging in Guyana’s elections from 1968 to 1985- as a matter of fact Ramphal and Sanders worked hard to promote themselves at the expense of the Guyanese people, while ignoring the urgent need for free and fair elections in their country of birth.

Is Ron Sanders for real?
