Mar 07, 2024 Letters
I trust this email finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention an ongoing concern in the Herstelling Public Road area that requires immediate media attention.
On February 19, 2024, we submitted a letter to the Office of the President and four other relevant offices, expressing the concerns of the residents in Herstelling. Unfortunately, to date, we have not received any response or assistance regarding the issues raised in the letter. Recently, there was a distressing incident involving a large hauler blocking our driveway. This incident resulted in a confrontation. Despite reporting the incident to the Providence Police Station, no action has been taken.
This incident highlights the urgent need for intervention in our community. The residents of Herstelling find themselves in a vulnerable situation and it is disheartening that justice seems to be elusive unless the media is involved. We humbly request your assistance in bringing attention to these matters, as we believe that media coverage may be the catalyst for a resolution. We kindly ask for your support in addressing these issues and helping to bring about positive change in our community. Thank you for your time and consideration. We look forward to your prompt attention to this matter.
Warm regards,
Residents of Herstelling Public Rd.
