The GNBS’ Business Development Department serves as a vital resource hub, offering training and technical assistance services tailored to the unique needs of local businesses especially those looking to improve their competence in establishing, implementing and maintaining key management system standards and requirements.

From small and medium enterprises to large corporations, the department works tirelessly to provide guidance, assistance and expertise in navigating the complex landscape of standards and regulations.

One of the department’s primary objectives is to facilitate the adoption and implementation of internationally recognized standards within local businesses. For example, the popular ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems Standard. Through professional training courses and technical assistance, businesses become equipped with the knowledge and tools necessary to meet and exceed industry standards, enhancing their competitiveness in local, regional and even international markets.

Furthermore, the Business Development Department plays a crucial role in fostering innovation and continuous improvement within the business community.
