ENET Caribbean Clash of Champions…
Kaieteur Sports – The highly anticipated ENET Caribbean Clash of Champions motorsport event will see tickets for the November 4 and 5 event begin pre-selling soon.
Following a press conference on Wednesday afternoon at GT-Motorsports Thomas Lands office, it was revealed that the final preparations are being put in place to have tickets pre-sold for fans.
Mahendra Bodhoo, President of the Guyana Motor Racing and Sports Club (GMR&SC), the organisers of the event, contended, “We are catering for the pre-sale of tickets. We are in the process of finalising the locations where tickets will be sold and we will release those details shortly.”
The GMR&SC President added that fans who are desirous of beating the lines at the entry gates should get their tickets early.
Meanwhile, title sponsor ENET through their owner Vishok Persaud explained the company’s vision behind becoming title sponsor for the event.
“From our end at ENET we have been impressed with proposals we’ve seen from GMRSC. Guyana has been known as the Mecca for motorsports and the type of atmosphere for the fans, it’s an event that we are very proud of be part of.”
A slew of foreign competition is expected for the event set for the South Dakota Circuit including Jamaica’s Doug Gore and his ‘Beast’, Mark Maloney from Barbados, Franklyn and Zachary Boodram from Trinidad and Guyana’s best
Action begins at 11:00hrs.
