Hackett explained that the weather was perfect for golf, allowing the players to perform at a high level. The LGC VP further explained that the scores indicate a significant competition, which is expected to be beneficial as a major tournament approaches.
“STP is a loyal partner. They have been on board with us for three consecutive years now, and they continue to provide support for the game of golf to ensure that we can spread the game, knowledge, and enthusiasm across the country. We look forward to their continued support in the coming years, and we thank them for their support. We also want to thank the players who came out to show their support for the club and the sponsor. This turnout is one of the largest we’ve had this year. So, we continue to express our appreciation for the players as well,” Hackett stated.
