Construction worker fined for assaulting woman

Kaieteur News – Thirty-eight-year-old Rawle Brammer of Diamond Housing Scheme, East Bank Demerara (EBD) was on Monday fined $10,000 after he pleaded guilty for assaulting Olindia Skeete.

It was reported that on Friday last at Broad and Lambert Streets Georgetown, Brammer unlawfully assaulted Skeete. The accused appeared at the Georgetown Magistrates’ Courts before Magistrate Rondell Weever, where the charge was read to him. He pleaded guilty and was granted bail of the sum $10,000.
