Bartica Secondary cops Region Seven title
Digicel Schools’ Football Championships…
Kaieteur Sports – Bartica Secondary played outstandingly to grasp the Region Seven title of the 8th Digicel Schools’ Football Championships, last evening, at the Ministry of Education (MoE) Ground.
Playing against DC Fox Secondary School, the eventual Champion dominated to emerge victorious 4 – 0.
Both teams will now advance to the National Championships which begin on July 29.
Both teams now move on to the National Championships, which is scheduled to kick off today, Saturday, July 29, at the MoE and National Insurance Scheme Grounds.
Bartica Secondary are the Region Seven Digicel Schools’ Football Champions.
The nationwide tournament kicks off with the Round-of-32 stage, which is scheduled to be contested over three days.
This tournament is organised by the Petra organisation.
