Kaieteur News – The man who dropped dead on Sheriff Street last Wednesday, has been identified as Ramash Raganandan of Diamond Housing Scheme, East Bank Demerara (EBD).
Ragnandan, according to relatives, was ill and admitted to a city hospital where they last saw him alive. It is unclear if or when he was discharged from the hospital but relatives did not hear from him again. They subsequently received news that he was dead.
According to reports Ragnandan collapsed and died at the corner of Sheriff Street and Campbell Avenue, Georgetown. Residents who saw when he collapsed believe that he might have suffered a heart attack.
