Kaieteur News – The Guyana Sugar Corporation (GuySuCo) intends to equip the Rose Hall Estate with six cane loaders and is seeking entities to supply and deliver the equipment. This was revealed this week when tenders were opened this week at the National Procurement and Tender Administration Board (NPTAB).
Three entities, Equipment Parts Global, VR Construction Inc. and Guyana Tractor & Equipment have submitted bids valued at $76M, $102M and $192M respectively for the supply of the cane loaders.
Below are the companies and their bids:
Guyana Sugar Corporation (GuySuCo)
Design, supply and installation of a syrup clarifier for Albion Estate.
Supply and delivery of six cane loaders.
Ministry of Education
Supply and installation of one atmospheric water generator.
Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sport
Design and supervision of services for construction of stands at Mc Kenzie, Linden.
Design and supervision services, for construction of stands at Bayroc, Linden.
Design and supervision service for construction of stands at Anna Regina.
Procurement of musical instruments for the National School of Music.
Rehabilitation of Cliff Anderson Sports Hall – plumbing installation.
Rehabilitation of Cliff Anderson Sports Hall – Completion of northern face of the building.
Ministry of Public Works
Construction of beacons (Beyond Southern Limits to Linden – Demerara) Lot1 to 3.
Office of the Prime Minister
Procurement of furniture and equipment.
