– Tournament continues tonight with four matches
Kaieteur News – Maggie’s Snackette and Catering Services became the latest entity to support the One Guyana Futsal Championship, organised by the Kashif and Shanghai Organisation.

At a simple presentation done recently, the tournament’s organiser, Aubrey ‘Shanghai’ Major, received the company’s donation from Managing Director Pearson Burch-Smith, who expressed his entity’s delight in supporting the inaugural tournament.
Major thanked Maggie’s for catering to the needs of the organisers while adding that he’s looking forward to their continued support.
Meanwhile, the tournament continues tonight with more preliminary-round matches.
In the opening game from 8:00 pm, Albouystown will match skills with Sophia, while from 9:00 pm, Ven-Guy battles Alexander Village.
Bent Street will take on Avocado Ballers at 10:00 pm, followed by tonight’s final game at 11 pm between Back Circle and Kitty.
The One Guyana Futsal tournament will carry a first-place prize of $1M, compliments of Mohamed’s Enterprise.
The lucrative tournament will see the second-place team with $500,000, while $200,000 and $100,000 will go to the teams finishing third and fourth, respectively.
