With billions of US dollar at his disposal, 41.2 % Guyanese still live in poverty

Globally USA’s 16th President Abraham Lincoln, a Republican is known for His Leadership in leading the American Nation through the civil war, with balance, respect, and unity. Mr. Changlee needs to spend some of his time to follow the Republican’s tradition as he serves as Chairman, The Cooperative Republicans of Guyana.

Yes, for Wikipedia about President Burnham, was His Excellency LFSB, a Superman on Earth? NO. USA and UK did not want COMMUNISM in GUYANA with the PPP, so they supported in many ways, for the PPP to be out of power. The UK Government suspended the Constitution so PPP could not continue as a Government. Guyana’s two Founders, His Excellency Linden Forbes Samson Burnham and His Excellency Dr. Cheddi Bharat Jagan were brothers from different mothers and in the 1960s were caught up in the Geopolitics of the day. The PPP since January 1, 1950, is a Marxist-Leninist Party by their Constitution to currently and now in its 73^rd Year.

PPP is the Government in Guyana for 25 + 3 + 2 = 30 Years. Last two years, the PPPC with USD billions in OIL Revenues, yet 41.2 % Guyanese live in poverty, as reported in Inter Development Bank (IDB) and many Guyanese unable to eat TWO meals daily, whilst the PPPC cabal and their families, friends and favourites are lavishly feasting daily with THREE Meals, High Teas, and Cocktails; driving around in very expensive Range Rovers, Mercedes and Lamborghinis with SIRENS; celebrating the new year 2023 at lavish “gilded” parties from their social media pictures.

E-Government Project 4. CJIA Extension Project 5. East Coast Demerara Rehabilitation Project 6. Guyana National Broad Band Project. Dr. Goolsarran, served as a Distinguished Auditor General, then served with distinction at the United Nations, and is a Chartered Accountant. He will secure my support to be the next Minister of Finance in 2025 for his education, skills and global relationships built during his tenure at UN, and he will be BALANCED, FAIR and EVEN HANDED to ALL, with the OIL and GAS billions.

We must remember daily, the need for healing and reconciliation of Guyana, for the benefit of ALL, and not revenues, assistances, and contracts to mainly, the Government’s supporters – with ONE SEAT Majority in Parliament, and CHOSEN Foreign Contractors, the majority of which is from China which the world and Sri Lanka recently learned through RIOTS on corrupt practices with its catastrophic effects. SU GATE showed the Guyana connection to corruption by a very high official, with NO announced corrective remedial action from His Excellency President Ali. Some are commenting on, CAESARISM in practice and conduct by the 2nd Vice President with SUGATE and big businesses close relationships with huge billion dollars contracts, for private profit, over the wellbeing of the majority.

Departing USA Ambassador Her Excellency Sara Ann-Lynch, November 21, 2022, per Stabroek News said, “that the potential for corruption and need for inclusion are key challenges for Guyana as it navigates its oil wealth.” This is an alert, as the NEW USA Ambassador will soon arrive.

ALL knows the USA Ambassador LED the ABCEU Caricom Groups for the PPP Government to take office in August 2020, after the USA Government was very angry with His Excellency President David Arthur Granger on three critical items. Some are arguing that President Granger should have stayed on, endured the expected US sanctions and within two years have had a CLEAN VOTERS’ LIST with FRAUD PROOF BIOMETRICS with a NEW VOTING CARD, to avoid the bloated voters’ list. PPPC supported a clean voters’ list and biometrics when they were in Opposition, and seems to change support, now that they are in Government.

H.E President Granger accepted the incorrect GECOM results and per the constitution, used the Courts for ELECTIONS PETITION, which for almost two years is being frustrated on technical grounds by the PPPC. Ruling families in Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, and Qatar, asked “Why the Elections Petition Case is not yet being heard with evidence from both sides to the Court and why the PPP Government’s procrastination?” My response, “with ALL DUE RESPECT, the 2020 Elections had MANY IRREGULARITIES and when presented the court may nullify the elections results, as declared, and order NEW GENERAL Election, which will shorten the current 5 years life of the PPPC Government.”

The NEW USA Ambassador will soon arrive, with 50% of the population suffering and starving with anger, range and being left out, hopefully PPPC arrogances will be reduced in 2023, for a Guyana towards “One Nation, One People, One Destiny”.
